Where endings, beginnings, and the truth of who you are meet.
You may find yourself here in a moment of change—when something in your life is unraveling, shifting, or no longer fits. This work is not about fixing what is wrong, but about understanding what has shaped you, and gently making space for what is now possible. Together, we sit in the in-between, where clarity emerges, and a more honest way of living begins to take form.
There are times in life when the old ways of being no longer hold.
A relationship shifts.
A role ends.
A sense of self begins to unravel.
Or perhaps nothing visible has changed—but something within you is asking to be understood.
These are threshold moments.
Places where you are no longer who you were,
and not yet who you are becoming.
You don’t need to be fixed here.
You don’t need to be certain.
You need space to understand.
I sit with people in the in-between spaces of their lives—when something is ending, changing, or coming into question.
Together, we make sense of what you’ve lived through, how it has shaped you, and what is now possible.
My work is grounded in presence, intuitive inquiry, and developmental understanding. It is shaped by years of experience walking alongside others through trauma, identity shifts, aging, and end-of-life transitions.
This is not a process of diagnosis or correction.
It is a process of seeing clearly, often for the first time.
This work may resonate if you are:
Or simply—
You sense that something in you is ready to be met,
with honesty and without judgment.
I work one-on-one in a deeply relational way.
Our work is not structured around fixing problems, but around following what emerges—through conversation, reflection, and careful attention to your lived experience.
There is space here to:
This is slow, attentive work.
And it is often where meaningful change begins.
I was trained in clinical psychology, and my work has included hospice and end-of-life care, aging, trauma, dissociation, and identity development.
Over time, my approach has shifted away from diagnosis and toward a more relational, inquiry-based way of working—one that honors the complexity of lived experience without reducing it.
If something here resonates, you’re welcome to reach out.
You don’t need to have clarity.
You don’t need to know exactly what you’re looking for.
Only a willingness to begin.
I offer an initial conversation as a place to connect.
We can speak about what’s bringing you here,
what you’re moving through,
and whether this work feels like the right fit.
There is no pressure to continue—
only an opportunity to begin to understand.
